PRESENTATION

 CREATIVA  is one of the most important and most dynamic incubators in the PACA region.

• total office / building space : 3200 m²
• For private company use : 2596 m²
• Occupation rate : +- 100%

The  first  development stage with two buildings ( A & B ) providing 730 m² of office and workshop space came into use in 1990..

Next was the C1 building in 1994 with 413 m² of working space

A third stage of 1102 m², with 2 buildings with flexible space possibilities  (D et E), was opened in June 1995

Finally, in October 2002, the C2 building with 351 m²  of working space completed the building  project.
